Our implementation for KPS Food in Radom. PC—Hard® system. 12.000m²

Learn about the 7 unique features of the PC—Hard® K2 flooring system that guarantee microbiological safety and stable growth for food companies.

1.      TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
The high temperature resistance of the PC—Hard® K2 system depends on the thickness of the coating. For 6mm, the system is resistant to temperatures up to +80°C, for 9mm up to +120°C, for 12mm up to +130°C, occasionally up to +150°C.

2.      RESISTANCE TO CHEMICALS
The PC—Hard® K2 system is resistant to many aggressive chemicals, including organic acids and alkalis, often used in the food processing industry.

3.      EXCEPTIONAL MECHANICAL RESISTANCE
The PC—Hard® K2 system perfectly withstands the very strong impacts and mechanical loads found in food production areas, thereby increasing production capacity.

4.      BACTERIOSTATICITY
The bacteriostatic PC—Hard® K2 system is HACCP-certified and its unique composition prevents bacterial flora from penetrating deep into the floor and microbial growth on its surface.

5.      SLIP RESISTANCE
The PC—Hard® K2 system has anti-slip properties to ensure a safe working environment and therefore employee safety.

6.      ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
The PC—Hard® K2 system meets the highest VOC emission requirements, VOC < 20 g/l , Class A+ and is odourless.

7.      QUICK RETURN TO ACTION
The rapid setting time of the floor has a significant impact on the eventual shutdown of the production premises and the return to service of the refurbished premises.
