Impact and chemical resistant flooring system with HACCP certificate with increased surface structure, resistant to temperatures up to +120°C. Meets the highest emission requirements for volatile organic compounds, VOC<20g/l, Class A+.

The PC—Hard® RG system is intended for production and processing plants in the following industry:

The bacteriostatic composition of the PC—Hard® RG flooring system prevents the development of bacterial flora and fungi on its surface, meeting the highest hygiene standards while reducing odors. The system is designed for wet and dry zones.


The durable and extremely impact resistant PC—Hard® RG system is available in thicknesses of 6mm and 9mm. The unique composition of the polyurethane—cement PC—Hard® RG system is safe for the environment and workers, odorless, and therefore also ideal for repairs during plant operation.

The most important features of the system

RESISTANT TO THERMAL SHOCK

The high temperature resistance of the PC—Hard® RG system depends on the thickness of the coating. For 6 mm the system is resistant to temperatures up to +80°C, for 9 mm to temperatures up to +120°C.

RESISTANT TO CHEMICALS

The PC—Hard® RG system is resistant to many aggressive chemicals, including organic acids and bases, which are often used in the food processing industry.

EXCEPTIONAL MECHANICAL RESISTANCE

The PC—Hard® RG system perfectly withstands very strong impacts and mechanical loads in the production areas of the food sector, thus increasing production capacity.

BACTERIOSTATIC

The PC—Hard® RG bacteriostatic system is HACCP certified, and its unique composition prevents the penetration of bacterial flora into the floor and the growth of microorganisms on its surface.

ANTI-SLIP

The PC—Hard® RG system has anti—skid properties, ensuring a safe working environment and thus the safety of employees.

MONOLITHIC

The PC—Hard® RG system is monolithic and has the minimum required number of joints and dilatations, which effectively reduces the storage of dirt or food residues.

QUICK BACK TO ACTION

The fast setting time of the floor significantly affects the possible shutdown of production rooms from use and the return to restarting the renovated rooms.

The PC—Hard® RG system is available in 8 basic colors most commonly used in the food industry, but it is also possible to customize special colors on request.
