RESISTANT TO THERMAL SHOCK
The high temperature resistance of the PC—Hard® SO composite depends on the thickness of the coating. For 6 mm, the composite is resistant to temperatures up to +80°C, for 9 mm to temperatures up to +120°C, for 12 mm to temperatures up to +130°C.
RESISTANT TO CHEMICALS
The PC—Hard® SO system is resistant to many aggressive chemicals, including organic acids and bases, often used in the food processing industry.
EXCEPTIONAL MECHANICAL RESISTANCE
The PC—Hard® SO composite perfectly withstands very strong impacts and mechanical loads occurring in the production zones of the food sector, thus increasing production possibilities.
The PC—Hard® SO system is HACCP certified, and its unique composition prevents the penetration of bacterial flora into the depth, thus preventing the growth of microorganisms on its surface.
AVAILABLE IN 8 COLORS
The PC—Hard® SO system is available in 8 basic colors most commonly used in the food industry, but it is also possible to customize special colors at the customer's request.
The PC—Hard® SO system is monolithic and has the minimum required number of connections, which effectively reduces the storage of dirt or food residues.
